Easter weekend is perfect for celebration and relaxation - for taking a moment to spend a moment with your loved ones. There are plenty of Easter traditions to enjoy, from Easter Egg hunts to making Easter bonnets, but our favourite will always be the traditional Sunday Lunch.
Unfortunately, this year we won’t be able to cook our delicious Sunday Roast for your Easter family lunch. But, that doesn’t mean that you and the family can’t still enjoy a fantastic meal with all the trimmings.
Bring your meat to room temperature before cooking and roast in a preheated oven for the best results.
If you’re short on time, you can prepare your veggies the night before. Keep peeled and chopped potatoes in cold water in the fridge.
Talking of potatoes… boil them for 8-10 minutes and allow to dry before shaking them up and adding to your roasting tin for fluffy roasties with crispy edges.
Family not a fan of veggies? Add some extra flavour with garlic and herb butter.
Blend your Yorkshire pudding batter to make sure you don’t have any lumps.
Enjoy the leftovers! Make extra roast potatoes to turn into a breakfast hash for Easter Monday, or pile leftover meat into sandwiches.
